'The Bike Doctor regularly visits London's City Hall. Employees can book in their bikes for free checkups, service and repairs - all they pay for is the parts. Their bikes are ready for them at the end of the day. The employer pays for the Bike Doctor's time, and the scheme encourages employees to cycle to work. And the Bike Doctor, of course, gets there by bike, whose huge cargo box carries a full complement of tools and parts.'
